What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.

Shipping fees are $15 for orders under $99 (after discounts and before taxes). For orders over $99 (after discounts and before taxes), shipping is free.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURNED MAIL DUE TO INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS (NO REFUNDS)

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
E-transfer is available for payment.

Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 3pm PST, your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day.

How do I place an Order?

Browse Inventory: Locate the products you are interested in ordering

Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”

Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page

Enter Coupon Code: Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button. Coupon Restrictions: Coupon codes will exclude sale or bulk products. New customer discount codes are only applicable to one household.

Login Or Register: In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you

Accept Terms & Condition: Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”

Payment Instructions: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.

Xpresspost Tracking: Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available

How Will My Order Be Packaged?
  • All packages are smell proof and discreet
  • Product is placed in a bag, which is vacuum sealed to eliminated odours and seal in freshness.
  • Product is then placed in a unmarked parcel with a shipping label.
My tracking number does not work.
We email your tracking number. Until it has been scanned in at the post office, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. So please wait until the end of the day for your tracking number to appear correctly.
What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment?
Your order will be kept on hold until we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your E-transfer payment within 2 days of placing the order, your order will be cancelled and you will just have to fill up a new shopping cart from scratch.
Canada Post tracking information has not updated recently?
If your package status on Canada Post’s website hasn’t updated as it should it may not have been scanned at the post office. If you do not receive your package 2 days after your expected date, let us know by reply to the Order Confirmation Email or Order Complete Email and we will file a trace with the post office.
Shipping to Nunavut and Northern Quebec?
Unfortunately, we experience much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
